duck arm swing mooring

Getting there:
Heading from Bulls down the McMillan Straits you will continue south of Paynesville around the headland and then to the west which is Lady Bay which leads you to the entrance of Duck Arm. There is a sandy spit on the portside so keeping to the centre of the entrance is advisable.

Moorings: There are a number of public swing moorings situated throughout Duck Arm and Picnic Arm and can be identified as a large yellow buoy. They are easy to tie up to for an hour or overnight. Beach moorings are also available. After the entrance into Duck Arm you will find a sandy beach to your left. Please see your briefing notes for instructions on approaching both mooring types.
